- Early Departure Fee: An Early Departure Fee of up to one night's room and tax may apply on all reservations.
- Beginning July 1 the hotel will be collecting at checkin a 10.00 per day resort fee. This fee includes, on-site parking, wireless Internet, daily muffins, Dove ice cream, bottled water in all guest rooms, coffee and assorted tea and nightly turn down service. Pool side amenities include hosted wine happy hour, unlimited pool side smoothies, bottled water, whole oranges and apples, popsicles, concierge service, cabana beach service at outhernmost Beach and grocery stocking service

This was our 1st trip to Key West, and picking a place to stay was a shot in the dark. Tatiana was wonderful and went the extra mile to see that any question we had was answered, We arrived before check in and ask about leaving our bags somewhere while we walked around, she checked and had us in our room in no time. Steph always had a smile and a greeting anytime you saw her. Derek made our 13 year daughter and her friend feel like they owned the place, at a moments notice ready with a pool side smoothie, fresh towels for the beach, cold water, anything that he could do to make your stay more relaxing. Wolfgang was a big help in getting our boarding passes printed the night before we left. The rooms were more than expected, very clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet, the pools were always clean and neat the grounds where beautiful. We had a great time and never felt like anything we wanted was missing. Anytime we go to Key West we will stay at the Santa Marie Suites.

Very nice hotel with additional perks. Dove ice cream bars in freezer every night, smoothies and water at pool, muffins for breakfast. Pools very clean. Bedrooms in the second floor rooms very small. At the quiet end of Duval street. Good walk up to the busy end of Duval. Rent mopeds right near the hotel. They were helpful printing boarding passes. Very accommodating staff.

Loved the accomodations by all staff. There wasn't really anything that I disliked. Loved the liveability of the place. I took my 3 yr old daughter last year and she hasn't stopped talking about it since. The girl who worked at the pool became her best buddy. It was a very relaxing space. We are going back this week again because we loved it so much.

Upon arrival was met by one of the most friendly, knowledgeable, and truly caring person I have ever met at any hotel. Clearly this person understood what exceptional service is about...and here at the Santa Maria...that is what we got. Amazing rooms, great setting to relax at, fabulous beds, quite a change from a chain type hotel at Key West. My only regret...we didn't have more time to spend there...would recommend this to any adult travelers, they clearly get what it means to vacation...can't wait to go back again...and stay longer.
