The Hotel location was good, it has a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The hotel itself was excellent. The service was extraordinary. The food was very good, and the restaurant staff were friendly, helpful and very attentive of all our needs. The room was very comfortable and very clen and well decorated.

We expected more from Sheraton. We stayed for a week and the hot tub quit working on the 3rd day. The staff said they have been waiting for the maintance guy to come from Miami and fix it. So for the rest of our stay the hot tub didnt work.The room service was lousy. We had to ask the reception for more napkins coffee creamer and event toilet paper! The beach towels are free but you have to fill out the form with your name room# and how many towles you are getting and they they always checked that form when you return the towels. This was the first time in our experinece.

Our stay at the Sheraton Suites was fine. We arrived at the hotel early so we changed in the bathroom and went right across the street to the beach. One of the only hotels that has access to an actual beach. It was spring break and there were people everywhere but the place was still very organized and clean. The beds were very comfortable including the pull out couch. They have these great sleep comfort mattresses. The food at the hotel was reasonably priced and very tasty(large portions). All of the personnel was helpful and happy. The concierge hooked us up with a restaurant which offered a free bottle of wine with reservations.(the Grand Cafe) very nice restaurant but pricey. We were glad to have the free wine. Unfortunately the shuttle was all booked up due to all the kids being there so we took our car down to Duval every day.(3 miles drive) Parking is $20 a day and if you leave and go back to Duval -- you pay again. See if you can hook up some dates and times with the shuttle before you arrive. The pool is exactly the way it looks online. Great. We would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was undergoing renovations during the time we were there, so breakfast at the hotel restaurant was kind of noisy. It would have been nice if we could've had breakfast included, but this was not the case. While the hotel is away from the main part of Key West, there was a convenient shuttle that would take you to and fro on an hourly basis and we never had a problem getting a seat. I reccomend this as parking can be a hassle. The hotel is also right across from Smathers Beach which is handy for nice walks or sunbathing. The front desk and other hotel employees were very courteous and our room was clean, comfortable and the air conditioning worked fine. It was also nice to have the pool area to unwind in after a day of activities. I would stay again.
